Lindsay Lohan Un-OFFICIAL Fan Site

WWD reports that Ungaro CEO and President Mounir Moufarrige has resigned. Perhaps related, Moufarrige was responsible for bringing Lindsay Lohan on as Artistic Advisor, a move that allegedly caused lead designer Esteban Cortazar to quit and resulted in a fall fashion show that Emanuel Ungaro called a disaster. Most recently, Mouffarige told Reuters that Lohan would certainly be staying on at the fashion house and that she had a job to do. But apparently Mouffarige doesn’t, anymore.

According to the article, Ungaro said, “Moufarrige would continue to advise the company as a member of its strategic committee, but that he was ‘withdrawing’ from an operational role to devote more time to his other businesses, which include U-Boat and Welder, two fast-growing Italian watch companies.” He will be replaced by Vice President Marie Fournier.

After causing quite a stir as the Artistic Advisor for Emanuel Ungaro, actress Lindsay Lohan is continuing to dabble in the fashion world with her new website LohanHouse.com, where you can buy Lindsay’s–and other members of the Lohan family’s–used clothes and accessories. Lindsay is selling a wide range of boots, blazers and even a Hello Kitty handbag, at semi-reasonable prices ($35 to $500). Her sister Ali is offering up several pairs of jeans and a WNBA uniform that we’re not sure she ever actually wore. At any rate, this newest Lohan venture is arguably less disastrous than the last.
