The troubled starlet was due back in court early this morning — but tried to skip it, claiming she had an upper respiratory infection. Unfortunately for her, paps caught her out shopping and smoking a cigarette in NYC — thus, she was basically forced to catch the last flight out of JFK to LA last night. Upon arrival, Linds and her mother Dina Lohan tried to check in at Shutters Hotel in Santa Monica, but the ladies were turned away. TMZ, who obtained the footage of the Lohans at the hotel report that Lindsay was blacklisted from staying there when she trashed one of their rooms back in 2007.
