A Beverly Hills judge sentenced actress Lindsay Lohan to 90 days in jail, plus 90 days in in-patient rehab, for probation violation. Michael Lohan says: “I am going to go to court to get a legal conservatorship to get Lindsay into rehab and finally get her off all the prescription meds and alcohol”. Arthur Aidala and Mark Eiglarsh comment on her and her younger sister Ali, who is still a minor, on Kelly’s Court.

There are no excuses here, she needs to take responsibility, and i hope that she doesn’t have the same mentality that her fans, etc have that she’s not at fault here. yeah i’m sure it sucks to have a dad like him, but that doesn’t give Lindsay the right to act like she can do whatever the hell like the spoiled brat she is.

Still not a good enough sentence, if that was the Aveage citizen he or she would get a minimum of six months, but at least she got a stiffer sentence than Paris Hilton
