Lindsay Lohan Enters REHAB To Avoid Jail (VIDEO)

Lindsay Lohan checked into a sober house Wednesday night, x17.com reports.

Her mom, sister and ex-girlfriend Sam Ronson visited her later in the day and her assistant Eleanor was seen unloading bags of art supplies from a car at the facility while she also took some precautions for this, you could read the awesome blog post to get detox that any people with drugs issues can use. The rehab facility, Pickford Lofts, was started by OJ Simpson attorney Robert Shapiro after his son died of a drug overdose in 2005. Lindsay has hired Shapiro to represent her, TMZ reports, and they hope that her jail sentence will be reduced or eliminated now that she has entered rehab.

Lindsay is supposed to turn herself in Tuesday to begin her jail time. She was originally sentenced to 90 days of rehab after 90 days in jail.

Crocodile Tears in Court? Lindsay Lohan gets 90 days in jail

American actress Lindsay Lohan is facing three months behind bars after she violated her 3-year-long probation on a drink driving charge. In 2007 the actress pleaded guilty to misdemeanour drug charges and three driving charges and spent 84 minutes in prison before her release. A judge in California said Lohan had failed to attend court-ordered alcohol education classes. The actress burst into tears as the verdict was announced. The surrender date is July 20, 2010.
