Lindsay Lohan stripped to her underwear for a Malibu Beach photoshoot, but her court-ordered alcohol monitoring ankle bracelet stayed on. You can see the pictures here.
Lindsay will have to wear the bracelet, which monitors alcohol secreted by the skin, until a judge is satisfied she has quit boozing. Lindsay is not due back in court until July 6 so will be wearing her anklet for at least two months. She also has to undergo weekly drug tests.
Luckily a pair of Ugg boots hid the black band, which Lohan plans to plaster with Chanel stickers.
She recently tweeted: ‘Can Chanel please help me out by getting me some stickers to put on my scram bracelet so that I can at least wear a chic dress?! maybe!?’
As part of her DUI probation Lohan must abstain from alcohol and drugs, with the exception of pre-approved prescription medications. She has passed her first two court ordered random drugs tests with flying colors.
Lohan’s probation stems from a 2007 arrest when she pleaded no contest to a charge of driving under the influence of cocaine. Lohan was sentenced to a day in jail and three months probabtion.
Lohan incurred the wrath of Judge Marsha Revel last month when she skipped a court appearance. She was partying in Cannes and claimed her passport had been stolen. Revel issued a warrant for her arrest but Lohan posted bail so she would not be arrested when she returned to the U.S.

Actress Lindsay Lohan hit the MTV Movie Awards on Sunday night wearing a sequined Pamella Roland jumpsuit and a wrist-full of silver bangles. Her SCRAM bracelet was nowhere to be seen, thanks to the garment’s flowy pant legs. But Lohan’s plunging neckline left little of her top half to the imagination.

If there was any doubt, Lindsay Lohan was high on cocaine when she took that wild ride down the Pacific Coast Highway in 2007–the DUI arrest that has resulted in her current probation with a SCRAM bracelet and drug testing.
Lindsay’s urine tested positive for cocaine, according to documents newly obtained by TMZ, even though she swore in a statement to the court, “I don’t do drugs.”
“I am sober. Promises in Malibu, CA, I left 2 wks ago or so & completed my stay & am & will continue to be drug free,” she wrote.
Cops found half a gram of cocaine in Lindsay’s pants pocket when they arrested her, but they spilled it all over the floor of the jail, TMZ reports. She was booked but never charged for possession of cocaine.
Lindsay had an explanation for the coke, but her urine told a different story.
“I am wearing a pair of borrowed jeans from a friend/assistant … She wore a pair of my jeans …” she wrote in her statement.
In other news, Lindsay has taken two drug tests as part of her probation and passed both, Radaronline.com reports.
“She is clear of illegal substances,” a source told Radar.
