So I emailed nylon Singapore to buy a copy. Here is the reply.

This is Melanie from NYLON Singapore. Thank you for your interest in purchasing a copy of our Dec issue. Unfortunately, we do not mail magazines overseas. My suggestion to you is to get a friend in Singapore to purchase a copy and mail it over to you. Hope this helps!
