Paris Hilton wants to save the world! At least that’s what her t-shirt says. Paris headed to Kate Somerville, a skin-care salon, wearing a cute Powerpuff Girls top yesterday. She was very chatty on her way back to the car, talking on the cellphone all the way. I wonder if she was talking about the reported scuffle she got into with Lindsay Lohan at the Grammys?
