Lindsay Lohan Back In Court: Will She Go To Trial?
LOS ANGELES — The owner of a jewelry store that accused Lindsay Lohan of stealing a $2,500 necklace testified Friday that Lohan came into her store three times within a week and looked at several items, but never purchased anything before the actress walked out wearing the necklace.
Sofia Kaman told a Los Angeles judge she waited a day to report the necklace stolen because Lohan had told her she would return the next day to purchase a ring. The first time Kaman saw Lohan since the Jan. 22 store visit was Friday.
