Eech, the things that dress is doing to Keira’s boobs! She must have had some serious red markage when she got into her PJs after last night’s BAFTA awards. But other than its boob-bandage properties, this is a frock of fash box-ticking merit, with float, flounce and glamour in abundance (although, to be fair, she did wear it to an awards ceremony.
