Court Orders Lindsay Lohan To Stop Partying
It turns out Lindsay Lohan does not have the right to party.
After reportedly failing an alcohol test, Lohan was ordered Thursday to stop throwing parties while under house arrest and to limit the number of people who visit her at a time.
