I’ve been filling up my IPod with my tons of cd’s and pulling certain songs off of each, when I came to this NO MERMAID cd the whole compilation went on the IPod. I just kinda’ forgot about her over these last yrs, but never again. Thank you Sinead Lohan and where have you gone? You inspire me to write more music and play my guitar. BUT we need you back…

she is a rare and beautiful talent.
Oh! is she gonna come back?…she’s just amazing!
God, I love everything about this video: the music, the lyrics, Ireland, and, of course, this gorgeous lass.
Slim-pickings on iTunes (corporate bastards), but her CDs are available on Amazon (corporate bastards).
Spread the word, especially to the local alternative radio.
Absolute fantastic! And she’s soo beautiful (even with her hair cut!)!
Hope, she’ll be back soon!
what a gorgeous tune, but f she cuts her hair any shorter, we’ll have another sinead o’connor.
Thanks for the info. 🙂

Excellent song on a great album!
Sinead had a baby in 2001 and in 2004 teamed up again with Malcom Burn who produced her No Mermaid album. The album was completed in January 2007 and was to be released later that year. But it is still forthcoming according to Malcom Burn’s discography on his official website.
I remember she was pregnant on the tour for this album, let’s think she dropped out on purpose for nice reasons?
She looks so much like a young Isabella Rosselini in this video …
i just don’t understand how such a fantastic artist can just dissapera off the radar..i love her songs..I mean…she got her music on Kevin Costner’s film..that how i found this gorgeous music..and is that the end…??..heartbreaking!
I keep returning to listen to Sinead’s haunting voice.
first heard this song in the uk about 7yrs ago…..thought it was class then and still love it….i find her quiet attractive too!
