One of you said that it was sad that more people wanted to tuned into the remake of Steel Magnolias rather than watch the possible “come back” of Lindsay Lohan. Why is that sad? There were real actors in that remake with solid careers? that have been here long before Lindsay & will be here after her. The remake was not an A+ but it was better than Liz and Dick. The bottom line is people don’t want to support Lindsay’s behavior and many felt that by tuning in they would be doing that.
I really want the Lidnsay Loghan who I used to be? my role model as an actress back..I miss the old Lidnsay in parent trap…:(
What you girls don’t seem to realize is that Lindsay flat out doesn’t have the talent she used to have. Plus her voice distracts us from any character? she’s trying to play..

The actor who played Burton wasn’t too bad but Lindsay Lohan was completely out of her depth…
Wooden doesn’t begin to describe her performance. There’s a glassiness in her eyes; I’ve seen pets with more going on behind their eyes.
She’s through unless she cleans her act up.
Honestly, I watched this trying to give Lindsay a chance. At no point in time did I think this was Elizabeth Taylor, at all times it was Lindsay Lohan, especially during the tempter tantrum scenes. Her fainting scene was simply awful. I thought she was cute as a kid, but her acting chops as? an adult leave much to be desired.
The real Burton and Taylor were overhyped to the max. Each was short but had huge heads. Burton and Liz were dull, albiet loudmouthed individs. Taylor was always fat.
And Lohan is? better looking than Taylor ever was but all these low-lives love to pick on Lindsay because they know she can act and they are nobodies.

I think to a degree we’re all being a bit too generous now with Lindsay Lohan.
You have to grow up at some point, take responsibility for what she does, and get over family issues, move on…
She apparently? hasn’t.
She still gets into legal trouble and behaves like a jerk in public.
She is in serious risk of becoming Tara Reid if she’s not already there times twenty.
Unfortunately, I think the main reason she gets any work is her notoriety. People are now expecting a trainwreck!

I disagree about Lindsey on SNL she wasnt good at all, as? for LIz and Dick it was tragic to see Lindsey turn a fabulously talented icon into a stubborn over dramatic child 🙁 this was her chance to shine and she was really disapointing! you are completely right about how she needs to sort herself out and reign in on her personal life its so sad to see such a talent go to waste like this!! xoxoxo

I’m not a fan of Lindsey Lohan but she’s not a terrible actress. Maybe she was just terrible at this role but usually she is an? amazing actress. She’s just lost in her world of drugs, alcohol, jail time and all that shit. Most of you are just hating on her because of all her scandals.
I think the movie was amazing!! Its about taste and eery opinion is individual. And i know that Lindsay had some troubles but this is a new beginning for? her!
Ok here’s my POV. I saw the movie on the night it premiered on Lifetime and it was bad. It was bad mostly because it was boring and I kept wondering what was the point of it all. A movie about Elizabeth Taylors life story including an explaination of all her marriages and such would be interesting but this movie only talked about how in love she was with Dick and? how much they argued -_- POINTLESS. In my opinion, I don’t think Lindsays performance was that poor, I think the movie was just shit.
Lohan is a washed up has been…she just needs to go crawl back under the? rock from where she came.
