    So i know you were just making a point but when you said something like
    “Artist would be willing to have their song in GTA for free because of the
    publicity” (sorry but i’m sure as hell, i butchered that quote really
    badly. Somebody) however if i was a music artist i wouldn’t let them use my
    songs without paying. Let me put it this way; why would i let a company use
    my music, my paycheck mind you, if they aren’t going to pay me? Is this
    publicity going to pay my bills? In other words , to quote some great book
    authors who get annoyed at companies “Fuck you, pay me!” oh by the way,
    that’s the polite response to the request for free stuff on the grounds of
    getting publicity.

    Okay, i’m going to bed, because i’m to tired to really be making rational
    conversation and i know i’m deconstructing what you said to silly level.
    Hell all you were stating was the fact artist would do it, not if it was
    right or wrong.?

    It saddens me to see such a formerly sweet girl get dragged into so much
    hell by the existence of drugs.
    If only someone had been around to keep her away from such crap when she
    had the money to afford it. Maybe she would still be beautiful, if not
    desirable, if she had had someone to act as a mediator for her, to prevent
    all of those ridiculous screw-ups that messed up her life so badly…?

    The actress has allegedly reached out to her lawyers to pursue legal action
    against Rockstar Games, the developer behind the “Grand Theft Auto”
    franchise, according to TMZ. The point of contention is purportedly their
    use of Lohan’s image in promos for GTA V.

    The game features a supposed Lohan look-alike attempting to escape the
    paparazzi and being cajoled into filming a sex tape at a hotel that
    resembles the Chateau Marmont, TMZ noted. The cover of the game is also in
    question. It shows a blonde woman dressed in a red bikini taking a selfie
    that could be the former “Mean Girls” star.”?

    Why didn’t she sue Rockstar when GTA5 was release? Correct me but did that
    photo (and others) was release to the media for advertising before the game
    was release? If yes, then why didn’t she said something before. I thought
    that photo was used in GTA4. ?
