Again,? her personal life has nothing to do with her acting. You can rag on her all you want, but that doesn’t alter her acting abilities. True, some people’s personal lives CAN alter their acting, but it’s obviously not apparent with Lindsay.
She’d be an even better actress if she stopped partying her nose off and drunk driving her car into other people’s shit. I’m rooting for her; I really am, but she’s been given so many second chances, it’s absurd.? She doesn’t deserve my respect at this point – I used to feel sorry for her, but she has access to the fanciest rehabs and Hollywood psychiatrists out there…at some point, she needs to take responsibility for herself like the rest of us do.
If it’s a train-wreck, it won’t be because of Lindsay. It’ll be because of the script. Lindsay is a great actress, no matter what goes? down in her personal life.
“Liz & Dick” sounds a lot better than “Elizabeth? & Dick”.
Lindsay is a great actress whether you like her or not. She looks just like Elizabeth Taylor at times, anyways. Their personal lives don’t? need to synchronize for Lindsay to be good in this part. I say, GREAT casting.

I’m sorry but this is the? most offensive casting I think I’ve ever seen. Elizabeth Taylor is a legend. Forget Lohan’s ridiculous representation in the public eye ACTING wise its so disrespectful. Compare Michelle Williams as Marilyn Monroe/Naomi Watts as Diana. These women give fantastic truth and close attention to character and story instead of dressing up in the same make up & hair.
