*Breaking News* California judge sentences actress to 90 days in jail for violating probation stemming from a 2007 drug case after she failed to attend court-ordered alcohol education classes. Lindsay Lohan avoided arrest Tuesday after a judge said she violated her probation and a lawyer for the actress said a monitoring device she wears detected the presence of alcohol. Following a meeting on Tuesday with prosecutors and Ms. Lohan’s lawyer, Judge Marsha Revel of Los Angeles County Superior Court said Ms. Lohan violated the terms of her release, based on results from a court-ordered alcohol monitor, The Associated Press reported. Ms. Lohan, the “Mean Girls” and “Parent Trap” star, was ordered to wear the monitoring device in May after missing a probation hearing stemming from her 2007 arrests on drunken driving and misdemeanor drug charges. At that time, an arrest warrant had been issued for Ms. Lohan and revoked when she posted 0000 bail. On Tuesday, another warrant was issued for Ms. Lohan — this one revoked when the actress posted 0000 bail. Ms. Lohan wrote on her Twitter account that her monitoring device “wasn’t set off,” adding that it was “physically impossible” because she had done “nothing for it to go off.” But Ms. Lohan’s lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, said in a statement that the device indicated the “presence of a small amount of alcohol” after she attended the MTV Movie Awards on Sunday night, according to The AP

    Lindsey’s in trouble for stealing a bracelet, but she says it was just on Lohan to her. In response the court gave her another bracelet to wear home, what kind of? example is that? and does the court think they will get that bracelet back? after all she can’t even take it off. so she says.

She is a grown ass woman who keeps fucking? up and should go to jail, but thats only the opinion of someone who cannot afford to be above the law cause if that was me I would have been thrown behind bars…
