Now here’s a rare sight: Lindsay Lohan walking around in the streets! True, it IS Palm Springs and not Los Angeles, but nevertheless, it’s a pretty rare thing to see LiLo on walkabout. Good thing for her the heat wave in Southern California has passed; just a few weeks ago, temperatures hit upwards of 115 degrees Fahrenheit!
