it’s beyond me why people care and are so for her getting locked up? Honestly let her free. Just give her a clean slate. Anyone in her predicament, with all those rules and being on probation like forever, would continue to break them too! I’m all for setting her free and giving her a clean slate.

“Rather see dealers outof jail than? her at this point.”

Yeah, so true. At least some dealers don’t get high on their own supply. Learn from Tony Montana.

Then what will happen if Lindsay kills a person on the road for another DUI? What will she then get? 10 hours in jail? Shes so? stupid and she does not deserve special treatment just because she is famous. She is immature and reckless and she needs to pay for her crimes like the real criminal she is. She is always in court telling the judges how sorry she is. EVIDENTLY NOT!

I remember when Lindsay Lohan was that bubbly 19 year old starting her life as a successful actor.

Now she is a crack whore who is in and out of jail every other fucking week. Get a grip you sad pathetic human.

no retard, we need to lock every person in prison who makes any potential threat lol, with your logic everyone should be in prison lol so stupid because every person can make a crime, not just those who made crimes before 😛

She got treated no differently than I did. I went to jail on a warrant and was sentenced to 40 days. I was released the next day. The county jail is overflowing with prisoners, because the state is having some people who qualify serve prison time in county jails now.

it is the opposite, if you are famous they hit you with a hammer, how many non-famous people, get jail for a DUI. i think it would shock most people. i do not belief for a instant celebrities are treated like the just of us i.e. Michael Jackson trail.

Lindsey, You’re so young and have so much going for you. Why are you set on self destruct? Did the Illuminati make you sell your soul? You’re starting to look alot older than you are. If you don’t get a grip you’ll be a mess or dead by the time you’re 35. What a waste. You’ve become sad and pitiful. Sorry! Jack

@beautifulday01 I think that in this case, an accident ending in death is something waiting to happen. I know of cases where drunk drivers crash into innocent drivers with children inside. One day don’t be surprised that this will happen with her, hopefully not. But the question is, when is the justice system going to do something, when something llike this happens? I mean, do tragedies have to occur in order to put order? That is so F***d up!
