@mysticismlover the media in america is fucked up, everything revovles around making money off of other people’s mistakes. Sex tapes, catching celebrities doing drugs, snooping into famous peoples personal lives, their relationships, friendships, (etc.) If lindsay or anyone else does coke, or any other drug, it’s their choice and they aren’t hurting anyone but themselves. I’m not sure where the law stands with tapes like this, I’ts wrong to prosecute her over this video, it violates her privacy.

I am from Greece so can someone explain to me why being a paparazzi is a legal profession? These people violate one of the most basic human rights which is having your own privacy. I understand what Lindsay does is illegal but that is police department’s responsibility not some wannabe reporters’.
