According to the judge, Lohan did not violate her probation and the thing she is guilty of was using “extremely poor judgment.” Before Lohan headed back to Venice Beach pad, the judge made it clear that she could have no more parties! According to reports, The Probation Dept. cannot test Lindsay anymore for drugs or alcohol, because there’s no court order allowing it.
