Lindsay is nice. She isn’t a bitch and I’m all for her getting out on bail. I have no need to see her dragged around by her hair and have her suntan scraped off- why do you? If Lindsay was one of YOUR friends, you’d be over the moon that she got out of jail- and you would accept that not all of your friends make great decisions and you would instead be supportive. Unless she’s harmed you in some way personally you should take a closer look at why you want her to suffer.

You can’t deny bail. It’s in the Constitution. The judge was clearly wrong. But when she goes back to court on the charge she can be sentenced to a jail term. Its called due process.

My argument is that being rich and famous in this country may very well get you off (sorry to use this but it’s an elephant in the room.
