ICC to decide on arrest warrant for Bashir – 4 March 2009

The International Criminal Court will decide on whether to issue an arrest warrant for Omar al-Bashir, Sudan’s President on war crime charges. While Bashir and his constituents remain defiant, popular and political support in Sudan may not be easy to sustain. Al Jazeera’s Mohamed Vall has more from the Sudanese capital of Khartoum. … aljazeera “al jazeera” darfur sudan “mohamed vall” khartoum icc bashir “omar bashir”

Since ICC is so dedicated in dismantling Bashir, maybe they should worry about ISrael first since they believe in true peace and justice.

Like you did in Lebanon in 2006 and Gaza 2009
Stop kidding yourself, Israel is nearer to its end,Do you remember the Apartheid? Where is it now? they thought they can live forever, but they’re wrong, Israel will be dismantled before your very eyes, in couple of years. The world cannot tolerate Zionist thieves and mass murderers anymore, Isarael has no more friends anymore, its time the world peace loving people will flush the shit on israel, long live Hamas the hope to the world financial crunch

    lol.

The train of islam is moving BACKWARDS last time i checked. The West isnt perfect, the financial system will go thru an overhaul, and the situation will be overcome. Morally, we can argue about freedom and where to draw the line. The West is still the centre of development. Islam offers nothing for freedom-loving people. It is an outdated, retrogressive force.

The arabs are more divided than ever.

PandemicMadness that’s exactly what goes on in your brain, the more Muslims are oppresses the faster the train of ISLAM moves forward, The west has lost the trust of the World, financially bankrupt, morally flat, and the scale of Justice has dropped out. The west has lost it and cannot gained by force. You cannot push water up hill,Justice will prevail,The Israeli government will not dare do another war and that is guaranteed. The Arabs are more united than ever. Israeli Leaders must be arrested

RPM1978, God never said that in any of his books,You lying through your teeth, secondly Al Bashir will never be handed over to ICC, Thirdly the most important thing now and people all over the world are realizing this is the dismantling of Israel, and people are more convinced and committed to demand it.The dismantling of Israel is a necessity but rather it is vital and a must for the world to survive. Israel is a machine of destruction not construction, is racist and above the International law

  6. RPM1978

Israel is the good guy, and Israel will last forever.

God said I will bless those who bless Israel and curse those who curse Israel.

World War 3 the result will be completely different, once starts Israel will vanish, then the war will not die out until USA and Europe understands that Zionism must be uprooted in order to have peace reigns all over the WORLD.
ISRAELI GOVERNMENT MUST BE BROUGHT TO JUSTICE.

“The ICC will arrest Al-Bashir or Saddam but not Bush. Not fair at all. ”

clearly your stupid mind cannot differentiate between the deliberate slaughter of hundreds of thousands of black africans, and thousands of iraqis. Most killed in iraq are muslims killed by muslims u idiot.

Mrmoc7 has provided the only valid point here. Bush and co are idiots and arrogant leaders, who made illigal war, but they did not systematically command their forces to murder civilians, let alone their own people. The ICC is by no means perfect, but it is making a fundimental step by putting pressure on all heads of state who choose to terrorise their own own helpless populations

  16. HabibWatt

This is a clear message to Melez Zenawi of Ethiopia’s EPRDF. Killing, Raping destroying property of the Ogadeni Civilians will landing you to ICC. The Ethiopian leader Melez Zenawi and head of the Army must be brought to International Criminal Court for their crime against humanity in the Ogaden and State of Somalia.

  17. EthioJegna5

Ethiopian here, i feel bad for the people of Darfur and south Sudan, BUT i don’t know the situation well and i think the best solution is to let sudan deal with their own problems.

foreign interference is aggrivating the already fragile situation.

  18. kitayabi

The moment of truth has arrived as the reporter says and support for al bashir is stronger then ever because the sudanese know that this is a kangaroo court that believes justice or in this case injustice is reserved only for africans.

Why is this NOT considered politically motivated… why is any charges against U.S. allies politically motivated? Israelis have the right to defend their people (Jews) from attack and able to use as much force as the want without repercussions. Yet when the Arab dominated govt does it it is not ok.
