i suppose i’ll leave an opinion here for posterity since others seem to be so swarmingly invested in the “internet fandom” view of this. interested to see how they integrate sam into glee again, though i hope it to be related to mercedes, which i am feeling is their top option internally. the influence of her new beau has made her far too power hungry, i feel, and sam seemed like a level character, sincere and sweet, etc. their potential pairing last spring seemed hopeful– so i anticipate it!

Since they tailored Sam’s character to be Kurt’s boyfriend, put him with Kurt. Blaine somehow managed to be both bland and irritating and Kurt was always attracted to jocks anyway. And they still owe us a duet, since they never got to perform theirs last season. I’m advocating for Leonard Cohen’s “Hallelujah,” with Kurt on piano and Sam on guitar. 🙂
If Sam comes back, the only thing I want is his original storyline, being Kurt’s boyfriend.
I hope Sam can have the storyline with Kurt that he was originally supposed to have. It’d be nice to have someone pursuing Kurt for once.
