Lindsay Lohan, who is better known for her rehab stints and hard partying rather than her acting skills, insists that she doesn’t need to study her scripts ahead of time, because she’s a natural.
She says, “I have never taken an acting class. I don’t rehearse. I don’t read my lines the night before. Everything is on set.”
Lohan has been criticized in the past by former co-stars and directors for showing up late and unprepared. Just last year producer James G. Robinson criticized Lohan for being “discourteous, irresponsible and unprofessional” on the set of Georgia Rule.

For months Lindsay Lohan has been linked to countless out of control alcohol-related reports. Now that she has finished her second stint in rehab and is wearing an alcohol monitoring bracelet the accusations have changed.
The 21-year-old starlet is still under the microscope for her insistence on partying nightly. While she is not drinking alcohol, Lindsay has left herself open to drug rumors.
Two separate reports have emerged suggesting that the “Mean Girls” star is replacing her alcohol addiction with a new high. Since she was released from rehab, Lindsay has been spotted everywhere from Las Vegas’ Pure nightclub to L.A.’s Teddy’s.
The New York Post released a not-so-blind item, revealing candid information they had learned about a certain unnamed starlet.
The newspaper said, “Which hard-partying starlet has figured out a way to get high while wearing an alcohol-monitoring anklet? She was asking where she could score some Ecstasy at a Vegas club the other night…”
But it isn’t just the post-rehab escapades that have Lindsay behaving badly. According to Star magazine, the wild celeb was sneaking drugs into Promises, her rehab center in Malibu.
A source revealed that Lindsay, who has been in rehab once before in 2007 and attended AA meetings for over a year, made an elaborate plan to ensure she could get her fix.
The insider said, “She uses ‘whippits,’ the tubes that you buy that contain nitrous oxide. She mixes that with the cold medicine Coricidin. Together they get you really wasted. At first, the counselors couldn’t figure out how she was getting high, but then they found the cold medicine and whippit containers under Lindsay’s bed. Lindsay admitted to using the stuff in group counseling meetings and said she was sorry.”
The actress’s lifestyle appears to be very similar to her pre-rehab days – including late night parties and club hoping.

Lindsay Lohan quietly surrendered to Beverly Hills police Thursday to be formally booked on misdemeanor charges of driving under the influence and hit-and-run stemming from a car crash last May.
Lohan, 21, arrived at the station at 4:15 p.m. and was released on $30,000 bail about an hour later, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Web site. She was accompanied by her attorney, police say.
Lohan was booked now because she was only cited – but not formally arrested – at the time of the incident due to her injuries, Beverly Hills Police Sgt. Kelly Spedden tells PEOPLE.
A court date was set for Aug. 24 in Superior Court in Beverly Hills.
In the early morning hours of May 26, the actress crashed her 2005 Mercedes-Benz SL65 convertible. Earlier that evening she was spotted partying at Hollywood nightspot Les Deux.
Tests subsequently revealed that Lohan had cocaine and nearly twice the legal amount of alcohol in her system that morning, according to a source close to the investigation.
Police had also found “a usable amount” of cocaine inside her car.
Two days after her arrest, Lohan checked herself into rehab at the Promises Treatment Center in Malibu, her second stint in rehab in less than a year.
On July 13, she completed a 45-day stay at the facility and began an intensive outpatient program, her rep confirmed. Part of Lohan’s extended treatment includes wearing an alcohol-detection bracelet on her left ankle, which samples a person’s perspiration every hour to determine whether the wearer has been drinking.

Strapping on stiletto heels just got a little bit harder for celebrity starlet Lindsay Lohan.
Lohan is now donning an alcohol-monitoring ankle bracelet along with her usual designer duds, her publicist Leslie Sloane Zelnick told ABC News.
The bracelet, which will track and record even the slightest trace of alcohol Lohan consumes, is being worn voluntarily by the star in an effort to prove she’s serious about staying sober. Lohan recently completed a 45-day in-patient program at the ritzy rehabilitation facility Promises in Malibu, Calif.
While this bracelet is certainly less glamorous than the rest of her bling, it is a device that may be the answer for people like the actress who just can’t cut booze out of their lives.
