Earlier this month, Lindsay Lohan’s assistant Elinore quit because she couldn’t take the crazy hours and odd behavior anymore, RadarOnline reported. Now, she is allegedly being offered five-figure deals to tell all about her life as Lohan’s assistant, NY Post reports. Sources said the weeklies have been offering cash deals worth around $50,000.

Apparently, the former assistant is scared to sign a deal. “She has so far refused the offers, saying she doesn’t want to tell on Lindsay as she’s afraid she’ll never work again,” a source said.

Lindsay Lohan plans to sell her handbag line by posing nude, LA magazine reports. There is one court-mandated accessory, her SCRAM bracelet, and it is still unclear whether that will be airbrushed out, removed under police supervision or left in the advertisement.

“We’re thinking of having police on hand so we can remove the ankle bracelet for the pictures,” said Richard Luna of The California Bag (which licenses the Lindsay’s 6126 line).

The shoot will happen in LA next month and we will have pictures for you then.

Lindsay posed nude in 2008 for a remake of a famous Marilyn Monroe shoot in New York magazine. Her leggings and handbags lines are both called 6126, which is Monroe’s birth date.

Lindsay Lohan’s biggest sobriety aid — a kind of tea called Kombucha that usually contains harmless traces of alcohol — could get LiLo in serious SCRAM trouble … because it might be more alcoholic than she thought.

According to the label, the tea contains less than 0.5% alcohol — a negligible amount — but Whole Foods recently yanked all the teas from their shelves over concerns the label isn’t so accurate.

Dina Lohan was denied a free Carvel ice cream cake in Long Island on Wednesday, and she called the cops to report the store.

Dina, Lindsay’s mom, ordered a cake for son Cody’s 14th birthday, and tried to get it for free with Lindsay’s Carvel “Black” Card, a promotional gift that entitles Lindsay to free ice cream for 75 years.

Lindsay was not present, the store asked for ID, and Dina was denied the freebie. The store employee then took the card.

Dina’s response? To call the police on Carvel.

Dina then told Radar:

“Finally he gave up and gave me my card back. But he told me, ‘You can have the card, but you can’t have the cake!’

“It just shows how we [Lohans] get treated so much worse than regular people.”

Carvel then released a statement holding their ground.

“Unfortunately, the Lohan family has been abusing the card. While the card was issued in Lindsay’s name only, her extended family has repeatedly used the card without her present. At first, we graciously honored their requests while explaining that the Black Card was not a carte blanche for unlimited Carvel Ice Cream for the extended Lohan family and friends. After more than six months of numerous and large orders for ice cream, we finally had to cut off the card and take it back.
