BEVERLY HILLS, Calif. — Lindsay Lohan will have to answer more questions about a 2007 car chase that landed her in jail, including inquiries about drug use at the time, a judge ruled Thursday.
Lohan’s answers will be used in a civil lawsuit filed against the actress by a woman who claims she suffered emotional distress after the incident, which prompted a criminal case that still haunts the “Mean Girls” star.

Earlier this month, Lindsay Lohan’s assistant Elinore quit because she couldn’t take the crazy hours and odd behavior anymore, RadarOnline reported. Now, she is allegedly being offered five-figure deals to tell all about her life as Lohan’s assistant, NY Post reports. Sources said the weeklies have been offering cash deals worth around $50,000.
Apparently, the former assistant is scared to sign a deal. “She has so far refused the offers, saying she doesn’t want to tell on Lindsay as she’s afraid she’ll never work again,” a source said.

Lindsay Lohan has unleashed a string of angry tweets about how she was portrayed on the Bravo reality show ‘Double Exposure.’ The episode is called ‘Is Lindsay Here Yet?’ and features Lindsay showing up hours late to a photo shoot that happened last fall.
“this couldn’t be more UNTRUE- Sucks when “friends” use you(in this case for ratings) even if they’re lying #karma,” she tweeted with the below picture:
“As for BRAVO and their false representation of me on their new show; I was given the wrong call time-now I know on purpose…it was a set-up,” Lindsay continued. “Unfortunate that I considered jorge on the show a friend to trust…oh- and I’ve never come close to anything other than posing in a photo..I don’t appreciate being used for press, and I’m sure others would agree! Love to everyone”
Bravo sources tell TMZ that Lindsay was 11 hours late for the 10 am shoot and her excuse was that she overslept. John Genovese, an LA publicist, backs up this story.
“Lindsay says Bravo show purposely gave her the wrong call time. Yet forgets she was texting “On my way” for 11 hours 2 everyone!” he tweeted.

Lindsay Lohan plans to sell her handbag line by posing nude, LA magazine reports. There is one court-mandated accessory, her SCRAM bracelet, and it is still unclear whether that will be airbrushed out, removed under police supervision or left in the advertisement.
“We’re thinking of having police on hand so we can remove the ankle bracelet for the pictures,” said Richard Luna of The California Bag (which licenses the Lindsay’s 6126 line).
The shoot will happen in LA next month and we will have pictures for you then.
Lindsay posed nude in 2008 for a remake of a famous Marilyn Monroe shoot in New York magazine. Her leggings and handbags lines are both called 6126, which is Monroe’s birth date.
