Sources familiar with Lindsay’s treatment at UCLA tell TMZ … there’s a feeling among doctors that Judge Marsha Revel “overreacted” when she ordered Lindsay to stay at the facility for 90 days.

We’re told Lindsay has been “weaned off” all of her meds — Dilaudid, Ambien, Adderall, Zoloft, Trazodone and Nexium — and has had no adverse reaction. Likewise, she has had no withdrawal issues in the alcohol department. Bottom line — the docs don’t think Lindsay is an addict.

Lindsay Lohan has been offered $1 million for her first post-jail interview by OK! magazine, sources tell the Hollywood Reporter. She is also set to collect a slew of appearance fees and paychecks for stories of her time inside.

The first interview could come sooner than expected as Lindsay is set for an early release from rehab, possibly later this week. She left jail and entered rehab on August 2 and was supposed to stay for 90 days.

Doctors reportedly think her drug and psychiatric problems require less inpatient care than previously thought, but a judge will have to sign off on an early release from her rehab sentence.

While Lindsay will be shooting two low-budget films (‘Inferno’ and ‘Machete’) after rehab, her real source of income will be nonfilm work, sources tell THR. Just before her incarceration, Lindsay shot a series of Facebook greeting card messages and did several nearly-nude photo shoots.

She also tweeted ads for money and did a paid milkshake shop appearance.

Joan Rivers continues to fan the flames of her Twitter feud with Lindsay Lohan.

Lindsay’s Twitter account has been quiet since she entered jail. Now that she is in rehab she is speaking through Joan’s Twitter feed.

“ATTENTION!!! Lindsay Lohan cannot tweet from rehab, but (don’t ask me how) she sends me secret messages, which I will tweet for all of you!” Joan tweeted August 3. She has kept the Lindsay memos coming ever since. Here they are so far:

J-Ro: For the last 3 days my roommate has lied, cursed, farted and been vile to me & everyone else. It really made me miss my dad! Xoxo LiLo

J-Ro!!! I am so proud of myself. My doctors say there is nothing they can do for me, which means I’m perfect!!! xoxo LiLo

J-Ro: Plan to be outta here soon. Gonna shop, party and sleep in my own bed…as soon as I get this last bar off the window. Xo LL

J-Ro: SHHHH! I just paid $7000 for a Vicodin. But I dropped it and can’t find it. I’m really upset as I got it below market price here. LiLo

Last month Joan tweeted a series of jokes about Lindsay’s alcoholism and lashed out at Lindsay’s ex-girlfriend Sam Ronson. Lindsay responded by bashing Joan’s plastic surgery.

Turns out Lindsay Lohan will indeed be getting out of the UCLA Neuropsychiatric Hospital … as early as this week, according to sources familiar with the situation.

Our sources say Lindsay’s doctors have not written their final report, but they have already concluded her psychiatric problems are not nearly as severe as first thought. We’ve been told there were indications Lindsay was bipolar but that proved not to be the case.
