Fresh out of rehab, Lindsay Lohan has taken up residence right next door to ex, Samantha Ronson and is still moving in. In this scene, we see someone has left a bouquet of roses at Lindz’s door (Sam?) and then a rather long couch is delivered to her residence.

On her way to the gym, Lindsay drives the paps wild with a million questions and leads them on a stairway workout in the parking structure. Not choosing to respond to most questions, she does say she’s enjoying her workout. Funny how Lindsay’s not seeming to feel it at all, but the paps are all out of breath!
It’s a new year, Lindsay’s out of rehab and we’re back in action. Shown here are Michael Lohan remarking that the general paparazzi presence “will drive her over the edge” and Samantha Ronson, who is bewildered that Lindsay has moved into her neighborhood.
