It follows the same storyline as the original flick starring Lindsay Lohan and Rachel McAdams, you know where The Plastics dominate as the popular girls in school… that is until Meaghan Martin’s character shows up as a new student and all of the guys think she’s hot. Basically, she and some others, including Jennifer Stone, create The Anti-Plastics to switch up the social hierarchy at high school. Among all of the trouble, including getting everyone to get sick at a big party, food in the face, trash on the head and more, there’s definitely a little bit of love and maybe even fighting over a guy mixed in to Mean Girls 2. This film follow-up goes straight to DVD in February 2011. @4films15 to me the plot and the “idea” of the movie are close to being the same thing. This movie is going to be just about the same as tons of other movies out there. Mean prtetty girls and one “outcast” girl guy likes outcast girl and the pretty mean girl gets taken down.

blehhh. after how many years, THATS when they decide to have a sequel??? WITHOUT the original cast? it wont be as good as the first… but we might as well give it a shot at watching it.

@Jessicayskull exactly just because disney stars r in the movie don’t mean that disney actually made the movie i mean i love meaghan jennifer and nicole but i REALLY wish they didn’t do this cause NO 1 can EVER replace lindsey rachel lacey and amanda they actually think people r gonna c this movie? PA-LEASE this really looks like shit and i’m sure abc family is gonna air it after it comes out

Everyone keeps saying how it is full of Disney actresses that’s very true but remember Lindsey Lohan did some films for Disney before Mean Girls however she was the only Disney actress in Mean Girls unlike the new one where there is quite a few, they should have had one known actress and then the rest fresh new actresses/actors 🙂
