We just came across the July 2010 cover for Vogue Latin America and we did a double–er, there’s two of us, so quadruple–take upon seeing the cover girl:

We totally thought it was Lindsay Lohan, but it’s model Shannan Click. Click doesn’t even look like Lohan in real life, but the styling (blonde hair, orange-y foundation, smokey eyes, hat, leopard print, ankle covered for SCRAM purposes…need we continue?) totally had us fooled. Also, in this day and age full of Photoshop and airbrushing, anything is possible!
