Very interesting how the hatred for a person or symbol can automatically
alter your perception. I read a bunch of comments how people’s ears were
bleeding, how she hacked this song, how untalented she is, her shoes were
to big… LOL!! No real comment about what specifically was so bad about
her singing. Don’t get me wrong, I think the girl is crazy, ridiculous and
way over hyped, bottom-line. However, I am a pretty reasonable guy and I
have a pretty decent musical background (played sax and taught myself to
play keyboard) and have studied music. So objectively, she did get a
little pitchy from time to time and has a lot of refinements that would be
needed from both a singing and performance stand point. That being said,
she actually wasn’t that bad. The song was clearly a tribute to Stevie and
the degree of difficulty to belt this song out is pretty high. So the
average person would really struggle with this song. Lot of lows, highs
and intensity for a live performance. Overall she isn’t the performer of
the year, but I think she did surprisingly well. Setting aside that this
is Lindsay Lohan, I would be curious to hear anyone’s opinion about
specifics that makes her performance so bad or awful.?

17 is a tribute song to me the song scene Foothill Place apts SLC. I was
resucing little girls from a 911 Mormon Cop Buthcher House near by & a girl
either ran or was kidnap from my apt I had prior save. I went frantic grab
a shotgun wrote a sign block traffic Nothing Else Matters & Fleetwood Mac
happen by got involved huantingly familar music i wrote lyrics for them 20
or so years before I was broken hearted kicking in doors trying to find the
girl before shegot slice to death by Mormons!

@EDDGC I totally agree. They seem to like to say ooooh a lot as well. I
heard a cover of U2s one by Mary j blige and it was literally her shrieking
the whole time then talking lyrics.
