Lindsay Lohan attended the 2nd Sohu Fashion Achievement Awards at Pudong Shangri-la on Monday in Shanghai, China.  She accepted a fashion award wearing a velvet Balmain dress from the 2012 Pre-Fall Collection. She finished her look off with a pair of Christian Louboutin Resillissima Leather & Mesh Platform Ankle Boots.
