Lindsay Lohan sued over alleged car accident

The accident allegedly took place on September 1, 2010, in West Hollywood, California. Nubia Del Carmen Plaza says Lohan hit her at the intersection of Alta Loma Road and Holloway Drive as she was crossing the street. Plaza said she was pushing a stroller at the time. The child inside was unharmed. Plaza is seeking damages for medical expenses and time off form work.
