LL is in the middle of some new legal drama, and for once, she’s not on the receiving end! According to TMZ, Linds is suing Pittbull over his popular song Give Me Everything. As you prob know, one of the lines in the song goes, “Give Me Everything” writers Ne-Yo, Afrojack and Pitbull for the latter’s rhyme, “Hustlers move aside, so I’m tiptoeing, to keep flowing/I got it locked up like Lindsay Lohan.” One of my favorite lines actually. But not exactly a fave of Lohans. Her legal team claims “the lyrics, by virtue of its wide appeal, condemnation, excoriation, disparaging or defamatory statements by the defendants about the plaintiff are destined to do irreparable harm to the plaintiff.” She’s suing under the New York civil rights laws, which protects people from having their name exploited for commercial purposes.” K, the only problem we see here is that the line actually makes sense. Maybe Lindsay wants to forget about those multiple times she was thrown behind bars, but she was definitely locked up, and her name just happens to rhyme with tiptoin! Tough break girl. No word on the amount she’s suing for, but we’re sure it’s got a few zeroes in it since her bank account is a little scant these days. Who do you side with here? Pitt or Lindsay?
